Account Executive

Job Overview:

As a Software Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting and closing new business within the restaurant industry. Your primary focus will be cold outreach via email, calls, and networking to build a strong sales pipeline. You will also be expected to maintain relationships with your clients even after closing the deal, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and reach out to potential restaurant clients through cold calls, emails, and networking.

• Conduct product demonstrations and explain how our software can improve restaurant operations.

• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets.

• Close new business while maintaining and nurturing client relationships beyond the initial sale.

• Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.

• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably selling software to restaurants.

• Background working in restaurants (e.g., server, manager, chef) is a strong plus.

• Comfortable with high-volume outreach via cold calling, emailing, and networking.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
